Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after booking your course to request a refund or change to existing date. 

To start the process, you can contact us at bernita.naude@gmail.com. Provide your reason for wanting to refund a course purchased or request an alternate date for the course.

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. You will be required to provide bank details. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at bernita.naude@gmail.com.
